Hippy Johnny

Inspired by the Modern Lovers song 'I'm straight', here lies a couple of hippies.

I had a lot of funny doing this, messing around with brushes and strokes on photoshop, I learnt alot too which is also good. Its a different approach to what I normally do but I think I'll try a few more like this

My first live caricatures

As the above title suggests, last Wednesday I took a plunge into the unknown.

It was pretty fun actually, I was a bit nervous at first, but once I started I kind of got in the zone!

I had a sore leg at the end though!

Golly its been a while

Okay, I'm going to say the stereotypical blog thing, but I'm going to keep this up to date and make it a better place for you good people to visit!

Since I last posted, alot has happended but basically I have gotten onto an Animation Degree course at Newcastle College, which is pretty cool. As of yesterday I am also doing live caricatures, I'll upload the pics I took asap

For now, here are some Oliver Twist character designs, I'm going to have another go at these following some sound advice from Mick over at the Drawing Board. Check out his blog it has some cool stuff
