Sketch Crawl Nov 09

Today me and two other artist folks braved the elements and took part in the 25th Sketchcrawl.

I travelled the 25 odd miles to Whitley Bay, near Newcastle. It was a fantastic experience, despite the weather. I spent alot of time drawing folk at the local skatepark. We also spent alot of time drinking coffee and drawing in a cafe.

Anyhow, heres a sample of the work I did. You can also see the work the other two guys I went with, Dom and Eddy, did, here. phew.

The Bandit

I know he looks mean but he doesn't even know how to fire a gun, its just for show.

Got a slight obsession with drawing cowboys at the moment, this is the first one I've finished up and hopefully there'll be more to come...he says. Hope you all enjoy anyhow.

Annie

I'm affectionately calling this Annie because its loosely based on Annie Hall from, you guessed it, Annie Hall.

I spent too much time on this and the more I look at the more I have a face like a bulldog but alas, I think its worth posting up
